These #vegan Tacos are filled with a fresh bean-chilli with willowherb, a fresh salad and grated beetroot. The topping is made from chopped onions and onion greens, fresh chillies and an almond-hemp seed parmesan.

Soak 250 grams of beans and cook them without salt. Roast some chopped garlic in a saucepan, add the willowherb-leaves and a spoonful of cumin. Add a can of peeled tomatoes and the beans with the water they were cooked in. This is seasoned with salt and pepper and left to cook for another 10 Minutes.
Take the #tortillas and put them in an ovenproof dish so they keep each other in place. Bake them at 200 C° for 5 minutes.
Take your freshly baked tacos and fill them with the chilli, some salad leaves, the raw beetroot and the toppings. Mmmhh! #willowherbtacos : Taco goodness! ;-)
