Sun dried tomatoes are unbelievably tasty!
Since the warm weather keeps up the good work we decided to take some of the many many tomatoes from our garden and dry them in the sun! Wow! You have to try this too!
It's really easy and the result is breathtakingly tasty! Slice your tomatoes into 3 pieces, slightly salt them and season with a mixture of herbs. I used basil and oregano. Now get them out there into the sun and leave them in a sunny place for 3-4 days. Lay a mesh on them so insects don't start to eat them before you can.
And then it's done! Have fun!
