Stinging Nettle Soup with a twist (vegan)

Two potatoes, a carrot and an onion are cut in half and put into 2 liters of water. If you don't own a very good blender, cut everything into smaller pieces. ;-) Then add a leaf of love parsley and some broth powder. 2 clove buds and a few laurel leaves are put in a tea egg, to avoid them being blended later.



Let this boil for 15-20 minutes.


When it is done, add this soup to the raw stinging nettles in the blender. Mix it and it's done!


A serving of the soup with a spoon of peanut butter goodness.

If you want something special, add a spoon of homemade chunky peanut butter. Simply great! :-D
