There are loads of zucchini ready in the garden and one way to get by are zucchini patties! :-D

Grate the zucchini and take a food processor to mix these ingredients:
1Tomato
1 onion
1 big cup of chickpea flour
A big spoonful of curry powder
some fresh herbs like cilantro an basil.
Now mix them with the grated zucchini. Take a pan, heat some olive oil and put the dough in it forming patties. While they are still soft put in some willow herb flowers. Bake them golden on both sides.

For the quick and creamy hemp dip we blend:
Chop some chives and sprinkle them on the dip.

This is a great dish. The patties can be dipped, used in burgers or cold. Really tasty! ;-)
