Parsley-Salad with Blackberries
This quick and easy salad recipe is perfect in this warm weather. ;-)
Take a small cup of raw couscous and drench it with the juice from one lemon and half a glass of water. Add a sliced tomato with its juice, season with salt and pepper.
Get your food processor and blend half an onion, a handful of peppermint and three bunches of parsley.
Now combine everything and add some tasty olive oil. When serving, add fresh blackberries, our plant of the month August 2018 on WDBNK.com .:-D
