Vegetable "pasta" are a fantastic dish in summer! It's tasty, it's light and it's quickly cooked! Check out this easy recipe!
For this dish we chose Kohlrabi and some big radishes from our garden. You can use carrots, or beetroot, or courgettes... Feel free to experiment!
First off, you need to spiralize your veggies. Then you put some olive oil in your pan (Except if you use beetroot. Don't use olive oil then!)
Now take a spoonful of each of these: Caraway, ground coriander seeds, fennel seeds, chilli powder, dried and broken chillies, ginger, turmeric, mustard seeds, two laurel leaves and some asafoetida (hing). Put the spices into the oil and roast them. Then take your spiralized kohlrabi, put it in the pan and turn it some. Add the juice of half a lemon and cook for a minute. Serve with freshly chopped basil.
